5 minute drive to Kalami. 15 minute drive to Kassiopi. 40 minute drive to Corfu Town.

No children under 12 except by private arrangement (please just ask us first)

In the middle of a local village with a church (no shops, tavernas, bars)

Car essential unless you are fit and like a lot of walking! (local road not suitable for bikes/motorbikes/scooters/quad

bikes)

Walk down to Agni beach (4 tavernas) or Yialiskari beach (beach bar) in 10 minutes (steep climb back)

Walk down to Kalami beach (3 tavernas, 1 beach bar, 1 bar, 2 supermarkets – they both deliver) in 20 minutes (steep climb back)

Walk on the main road to Dimitris Taverna (level walking) in 15 minutes – open all day – but they will collect you and take you back

Kalami has boat hire, kayak and paddleboard hire and water-ski school plus the famous White House

Agni has boat hire as well.

We can arrange for a private yoga instructor to come to the villa.

If we are next door, the shutters will be closed to ensure privacy. You have the pool and all the outside area to yourselves!

Pepe's Villa

A great little house in the middle of the village of Loustri, near Kalami. New sheets and towels once a week. Pool/beach towels provided. 2 bedrooms (one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds). House bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. En-suite WC and basin to the main bedroom (with kingsize bed). The small pool is 4.5 metres (max) by 3.7 metres and 1.6 metres deep (water depth 1.4 metres). Plus it has a bungee rope for non-stop swimming! Outside shower. Gas BBQ. Loads of outside space with a large table, chairs, sunbeds and 3 sun umbrellas. Agni and Yialiscari beaches within a 15-minute walk. Kalami within a 25 minutes walk. Steep climb back! Supermarkets deliver to the villa. Great spot for walkers in low season. A private yoga teacher by appointment at the villa. Only 1 step down into the villa from the road (4 more to the pool area and a further four steps down to the eating area) so suitable for those with minor walking difficulties. WiFi. Air-Con. All you would expect from a newly renovated house, but especially the amazing view!
